Monument to the Iguazu Falls
Av. 9 de Julio y Av. de Mayo

Buenos Aires, Argentina - 2013

It is a monument shaped like a half circle representing the powerful water fall recognized waterfalls and, by the way, can identify with the Garganta del Diablo, one of the most famous jumps missionary National Park, on the border with Brazil.

The work is located in the province of Misiones square, a few blocks from the Obelisk and the Casa Rosada, on the corner of Avenida de Mayo and 9 de Julio.

The monument to the Falls is a replica that seeks to create the feeling of being in the middle of the jumps. Six pumps supply water falls and four of them are throwing water at a rate of more than 100,000 liters per hour at a recycling system.

Two other bombs generate dew, mimic the effect it felt when approaching the Devil's Throat.

The building has 280 linear meters long and imitates the waterfalls. In addition, the monument includes a gateway through which the public can get close to the waterfall that replicates the "Devil's Throat," one of the most magnificent jumps.
